The Process

Requests for massage therapy services through workers' compensation and auto accident injury benefits usually come from a physician referral. The referral most often outlines the frequency and number of visits for which care is approved and the type of massage prescribed. We communicate with your physician along the way, and appreciate being part of your healthcare team and your healing journey.

Insurance - workers’ compensation (injury at work) and auto accident (motor vehicle accident injury)

Soulstice does accept workers’ compensation and auto accident clients. Before we start working with you we require approval from your insurance company adjuster after we receive a referral from your healthcare provider.

While we do not participate with group health insurance, we can provide a receipt for massage services that you can submit for possible reimbursement under your out of network benefits.
